Tuition rates are based on the age of the child and the number of days per week a child attends Flance Center. Please contact us for more information. We are happy to answer your questions and discuss your specific needs in detail.

Tuition Assistance

We provide subsidized and scholarship tuition to qualifying families through Head Start or DSS.

Head Start

All families living in St. Louis City and County are welcome to apply. Early Head Start serves children between ages six weeks to 35 months (3 years old). Head Start serves 3 to 5-year-olds.

Priority is given to families who meet specific income guidelines; are working or attending school; receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF); or are in a job training program.

Please call (314) 881-0881 with questions about eligibility. Homeless children and foster children are automatically eligible for Early Head Start and Head Start.
